In the production process of Aureum Coupage extra virgin olive oil, there is special care and strict control from the cultivation of the olive tree and the harvesting of the olives to the reception and production of the oil, ensuring a final product with excellent organoleptic qualities.
The olives are picked directly from the tree at the perfect stage of ripeness, using only mechanical processes to ensure the oil remains unaltered and retains all its antioxidants and vitamins.

Tasting Notes
